*NAMPRIGPAO is a common ingredient used Thai cooking. It is spicy & sweet with rich flavours of roasted dry chillies, garlic and challots, galangal, tamarind, palm sugar. It is not vegetarian

if you can't eat animal products, i.e. oyster sauce and fish sauce
